STUDENTS MUST BE PRESENT TO PICK UP THEIR LAPTOP - NO EXCEPTIONS! Friends, siblings or parents/guardians cannot pick up laptops.
Students must bring 1) their printed TicketLeap ticket, 2) $40 (WHS) or $30 (WMS) equipment fee, 3) a signed Parent/Student Computer Use Agreement form and with them in order to receive their laptop. If payment was made online by credit card using MySchoolBucks.com, students only need to bring the MySchoolBucks receipt and the TicketLeap Ticket since the agreement is signed electronically on checkout.
In order to alleviate a backup of students picking up their laptops, there is a limit of 30 tickets per time slot. Please do not sign up for multiple slots for the same student. Students should not show up to pick up their laptop at any time other than their ticketed time as their laptop will not be ready. Walk-in students will not be given their laptop. Students in grades 7-12 have two days across two weeks to pick up their laptops early. Otherwise, they can pick it up the first week of school.
